At Seven Rooted Seeds, we are committed to equipping families and ministry leaders with high-quality, Christ-centered discipleship tools. We want you to feel confident and supported in your decision to invest in our resources.
Digital Product Refunds
Because our membership includes immediate access to digital downloads, tools, and content, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once accessed.
However, we understand that every situation is unique. If you experience a technical issue or believe a refund is warranted, please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll gladly review your request.

Monthly Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. When you cancel, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be billed again after that period.
Note: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time or partial months.
